Knowing for women that she is pregnant, is the most wonderful and cherish able moment, but sometimes when it is their first child it also brings adrenaline rush full of worries and curiousness.
Pregnancy starts with fertilized egg implantation in uterus of women and from that level the confusion and mystery about further pregnancy symptoms starts, below is mentioned the detailed  pregnancy symptoms in accordance with pregnancy calendar.

First Month
Usually for a woman first sign of pregnancy is a missed period.  There are other wide range of signs of pregnancy including fatigue, feeling bloated, frequent urination, mood swings, nausea, and tender or swollen breasts. It is possible that all women may experience all the symptoms, but it is common to have at least some.

Second Month
In second month pregnancy becomes more noticeable. Usually symptoms like breast tenderness, fatigue, frequent urination, heartburn and vomiting get worse. As a woman body produces extra blood, during this phase, her heart beats faster and harder than usual to circulate extra blood.

Third Month
Pregnancy symptoms from the first 2 months continue and sometimes worsen usually nausea. A woman’s breasts continue growing and changing. The area around nipple grows larger and darker. Ordinarily women do gain around 2 pounds of weight during the first 3 months of pregnancy but this can vary individually.

Fourth Month of Pregnancy
Nausea is usually reduced during this phase, but other digestive problems like heartburn and constipation may continue, breast changes continue.

It has seen that women have short breath or they start breathing faster. At times increase in blood flow can also lead to symptoms like gums bleeding, nosebleeds, or nasal stuffiness.

Fifth Month
This phase is considered special as women usually feel fetal movements for the first time of the child; it feels like butterflies in the stomach. Maternity symptoms from fourth month continue it is possible that breasts size can increase up to 2 cup.

Sixth Month
Shortness of breath may improve but other symptoms of pregnancy will continue. Breasts may start producing (colostrums) tiny drops of early milk. Braxton-Hicks contractions start, it feels like painless squeezing of uterus or abdomen. This way uterus practices for labor and delivery..

Seventh Month
Pregnancy symptoms from earlier months continue land woman’s uterus continues expanding. Back pain is another common symptom which is experienced.
Eighth Month

Women start feeling tired and face difficulty during breathing as uterus expands. Women get blue or red swollen veins in the legs and get stretch marks where skin expands. Braxton-Hicks contractions, heartburns, and constipation continue. Women may urinate a bit when sneezing or laughing because of pressure from uterus on the bladder.

Ninth Month
Growing fetus places strain on a pregnant woman’s body. All common symptoms from earlier continue.

Tenth Month
By the end of pregnancy uterus expands completely, symptoms in tenth month largely depend if the fetus drops down into lower part of the uterus in pelvis or not. Breath shortness, heartburn, and constipation usually improve as fetus drops, but frequent urination and trouble holding urine continues.
Last condition is termed as afterbirth in which after delivery placenta and other tissues comes out of woman’s body.
